Clicking on Jay Hilgenberg in MUT Item Manager, "server cannot process request"

Wow, I’m having the same problem with my boss legend earl campbell, can’t access him, help….

Having the same issue with 95 Mangold thank God for EA prudent response on the issue 🙄. 

Update. Still no access to card through ps4/ps5/companion. Uninstalled game, no change.

Summarize your bug In the AKA The New Class solo challenges, I cannot play the Big Truzz, Quadfarther or Cheetah challengers. When I click on one of these challenges and select the first challenge and click play now it gives an error "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please Try again later"....all other challenges in the AKA The New Class are working and do not give this error
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look in the game code
What happens when the bug occurs? it kicks you out of ultimate team and sends me to the opening menu of the game
What do you expect to see? the challenge to open and be playable

even if i try to take his abilities off i can’t interact with the card at all

Summarize your bug When attempting to power down legends card it does not allow me to remove the abilities once I remove all of the training and go back into the boss card I get this message “our servers cannot process your request at this time, please try again later”
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take a powered up boss legend and remove the training first. I’ve had it happen on 2 cards now. So now I can sell the boss card because it is still technically upgraded
What happens when the bug occurs? Purple screen
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to remove the training off the boss card
