Does ANYONE at EA care about customers?
Is there ANYONE at EA who is charged with considering how customers are treated? I've never had so many problems with any online service and the recent outage of PSN illustrates the general attitude. No extension offered for missed content, etc. I spent money on the promotions and wasn't able to participate. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Even when the PSN network is working, the EA servers are notoriously horrible and unstable.
