Is there ANYONE at EA who is charged with considering how customers are treated? I've never had so many problems with any online service and the recent outage of PSN illustrates the general attitude. No extension offered for missed content, etc. I spent money on the promotions and wasn't able to participate. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Even when the PSN network is working, the EA servers are notoriously horrible and unstable.
AMEN!!! there has no communication for at least 12 hours and still the servers are down. GIVE ME A BREAK EA communicate to the gamers who pay your salaries.
No i have tried till im blue in the face! They really in the end just say sorry theres nothing we can do! Or .. wait a few days , go on hold for hours , transfer 3 times , and then still nothing we can do. Or if you lose 100k they will give u 10k ? No accountability. Right now i just tried to get a refund or a whole nother bundle for all the value dropping and missing items! They Blame each other! Ea says psn 's problem. Psn said i bought a bundle from ea so i have to talk to them even though i bought the points from psn to use on ea! Its a cya blame the other guy and no one has to be accountable kinda thing! Is this the equivalent of a pondsy scheme? or pyramid type Thing? Enronish? Or just really bad customer service! And technical support!

I bought their Bundle and was only able to open one pack, it was decent but not great. My issue is I shelled out $65 and yet can't even get what I payed for??? I got booted while I was getting ready to post a card to auction. I've flushed a ton of money on this game ($460) but this will be the last EA. Thanks for screwing me over again 3 issues alone on this Madden from card packs to coins, u won't see another dime out of me atleast I'll have more $ for starbucks .
