Error code when completing set

Getting the error code "our servers can't process your request at the time" when trying to complete the new Isaiah Simmons set and they kicks me to the main menu and when I go back in it looks like ive gotten the content but it's just fake and doesn't actually let me open the pack or view the card , tried what other people told me it didn't work.

  • I completed the Haloti Ngata boss champion set recently but every time I go to redeem the set I’m met with and error that says “ our servers can’t process your request at this time…” I’ve tried restarting my game and putting new players in the set but I am met with the same result. Fix your game EA!

    This has been an issue since the game launched and we haven't gotten any help. Sorry.

    Multiple times, started 2/18/2023 around 2:00pm MST

    What were you doing when it happened?

    Playing MUT23 and trying to redeem a set

    What was the last action you completed before it happened?

    Accessing the Sets menu under My Team in MUT23

    How often does the bug occur? 

    Every time that I try to redeem the set, even from the player card

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 

    Not sure. I am fairly certain this is not a universal issue, and I do not have insight into the backend to determine whether this is just a generic error related to my network configuartion/blocked ports/antivirus or if it is incorrect/bad code related to this recently released set.

    I am encountering this error when trying to redeem a 95 OVR GG Heroic Origin's set. Multiple times I followed steps to clear all Origin caches, restarted, logged back in to no avail. I cut a case to customer support but they said there is no fix, and that they had expected most people's issues to be resolved with the patch last week. Currently the case says the status is No Fix Available.

    this has been going on for about 2 days when we try to do Challenges on Madam 23.  We have a PS5.  Photos of the error are attached and what I think is our serial number.  I’m just the dad trying to help his son with his PS5 issue.  We run internal through Xfinity and connection test checks out.  Also did an update test and all is updated and running off the current software

    For the most part I’ve had no issues redeeming sets, however I’ve recently come across 2 sets where I receive an error message. This error message comes after I fill all of the required players into the set and hit redeem. The sets that I am having issues with is the 95 OVR Dak Prescott Gridiron Variant set and the 97 OVR Charles Haley Ultimate Legends set. When I try to redeem these sets I get a server error message and then I am booted to the main menu. I have no problem redeeming any other sets at this time.

  • Whenever I try to complete the 95 OVR Gridiron Mahomes set, it just kicks me out of MUT saying the servers cannot process my request. I have restarted my games, Wi-Fi, and PC. It still does the same thing without fail. Whenever I log back into MUT, it shows me the reward screen and it's the fantasy pack I am supposed to receive but it doesn't have a picture of the pack just the default card art that is gray.

    I sold my Joe Flacco to get the last 97 ovr I needed to redeem the Mahomes set. For the past 8 days i've been unable to redeem the mahomes set when putting in my 3 97 ovr non-BND non-LTD superbowl cards (Edelman, Kelce, Lewis). Edelman and Kelce were completed via set, Lewis I bought off of market.

    Due to this set not working I have no QB, meaning I can't play MUT, meaning i've lost coins, packs, LTDs, can't progress field pass. So I expect one hell of a make right considering the comp field pass ends Monday and I lose out on a 96 ovr CB.

    Making this because i've not received any comment from anyone at EA. I've put in many tickets, even went to twitter @eahelp as well.

    I and many others have had this issue since November. The issue appears to be caused by using a card the was powered up with training previously. None of my communications to EA have been addressed. There are multiple threads on these boards regarding the same issues. They know it's an issue, but we aren't getting any help. Sorry.
