How do we fix this 31/32 bug. Where it kicked me out the franchise and won’t let me join back and it say league is full but it’s not. I went to change coach to owner hit save and it kicked me out of league and haven’t been able to join

Just logged in this morning and I could access MUT then no idea what is the problem

User recently was away for a wedding and when he got back he had a notice that he had to change his password because he hadn't logged in for a period of time.
He contacted Playstation support who walked him thru changing his old email address (which he no longer had any access to), to updating it to his new email address.
His PSN remained the same.
Upon doing this, he lost access to ALL of his PS5 leagues, and when we look at the user list it shows a blank for the team, and "Undefined" when we click on it. We are unable to boot, invite or replace this user. We advanced a week, and it still shows booted so it wasn't something that it needed to update.
Thoughts?
