What do I do about the severs being down in Franchise?
I go to turn in a set and it says "Cannot process your request at this time."
I have reset the game and my modem and still nothing. I clock to redeem set, says Cannot process and locks me back to the home menu. I then go back into mut and it shows my "reward" of the card I want but it has no picture and I can't do anything with it. Go back into sets, it still says redeem, click it again and same thing happens.
Im on xbox series x Madden 23. Cant play anything on Madden, cant find a phone number to call. This is incredibly frustrating. Would really appreciate some support from EA in any way shape or form.

Hey @rifraf17 When you have a moment can you try going through the following steps and check if this continues?
- Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
- Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
Why is ultimate team not working
Are there any plans to make it remotely functional in madden 23... After 13 failed draft attempts, 9 exorcist, 4 Clowns, 3 Magicians, 2 Spiritual advisors & a Life coach I find myself here in a last ditch attempt to find an ounce of sanity. I know you are aware of the PROBLEM'SSSSSSSSS es' s as its the 2nd year in a row that we wait on the magic words to fall from the internet sky that "its safe for CFM to play now" .... And here I stand a humble servant of the culture & community in wonder YET Again "IS THIS THING ON" ? Madden 23 Franchise issues makes The Madden 22 franchise issues look laughable.... Can't have a trade glitch if there is no league to have a trade glitch in I suppose... I actually attempt to bring people to this game not the alternative... I've played aka purchased every Madden known to date so my product loyalty is unyielding... Most would refer to this as delusional, But us MaddenHeadz totally understand the commitment hope more than results....

What were you doing when it happened? trying to play h2h and solo battles and it happened 5 times
What was the last action you completed before it happened? loading into either solo battles or h2h
How often does the bug occur? every time I play, challenges, h2h and solo battles
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play the game
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have
how is this fair, I have a limited amount of times I can complete solo battles and 2h2 games, I lost a full season, demoted 2x, and lost all of my solo battles because I was kicked every time, how am I supposed to make progress if I cant play the game?
Will an update fix this issue? Because im at the point where I either want a refund for all the money i spent on the game, or just give me a method that works. This is the most bizarre bug ive ever seen. The game is literally unplayable.
I got the same problem just now. I played yesterday and today get this message.
