Unable to retrieve  your objectives progression information

I spoke to EA chat  yesterday and they said this is a known issue effecting many people across all platforms and that they are working towards an update to fix it. That's it. So it's something on their end and there's nothing much for us to do but sit and wait and not be able to play the majority of the game that we purchased.

So stupid

I've been able to confirm the team is aware of this and in the process of identifying the root cause. We'll update you all when we can, thanks for hanging in there!

3. I’m having trouble loading into Franchise games my controller just sits in the middle and doesn’t move over to my team. After about a minute it kicks me back to the franchise Home Screen. I’m also having trouble with Ultimate Team saving my progress when. Completing challenges. I complete a challenge but it won’t let me continue on to other challenges because it says I didn’t complete the prior one which I just did.

4. I’ve restarted my console multiple times and have reinstalled the game but I still have these problems.

I'm having the same problem
