ive had this error message ever since I downloaded the game.

No I cannot edit my avatar at all.

yes I’ve linked to madden mobile before.

if I logon into any other account on my home system and with a different ea account I do not get the error message it is only on this account.

I unlinked my ps4 from origin from an old email that I didn't have access to and linked my ps4 to a new origin account with the same gamer tag Dta734 I did this in the process of when I started playing the game in September so my previous save on the ea account is preventing me to start over and make a new one I've deleted everything I could on my end cloud save deleted and all rebooted and I only have this account I don't have access to the account that my ps4 was previously linked to and wouldn't matter can't unlink my ps4 from my new account until next year and I just tried what I thought my other account was on origin I don't remember the password or even the email that I don't have access to which is why I changed everything I haven't played a ea sports game since I had an email over 15 years ago

3. I’ve been experiencing this every time I log onto the game, every time i try going to a different game mode, and after I finish a game. It also doesn’t let me edit my player for the Yard.

I tried on my brother's PS4 since he has Madden 22 as well, I got the same issue where he does not have any issue whatsoever.  I also took the time to download to my PS4 Pro and the error happened. I primarily play on the PS5

5. Just bought the game on 10/24/21 and it has happened since. I have madden 21 on this PC as well. Have experienced this on 21 after a fanasty draft in Franchise every time.
