Failed to start game Madden 21

Thanks for the updates everyone. 

Can you also try rebuilding the database on your PS4 as well when you've got a chance to see if that helps at all? To rebuild the database first start up the PS4 in Safe Mode, then select the Rebuild Database option.

Do you have Madden NFL 21 installed on an external storage drive, or is it installed on the drive that was included in your console?

I’m still getting that failed to load I can’t play MUT season or WL and I tried the instructions.

It used to work until this update happened...ps4 ....external hard drive for me.

I can play squads and solos and challenges just not mut head to head seasons or WL

Hmm, it's definitely weird that it's only affecting certain game modes. Do you have access to a PC on the same network your PS4 is using? If so, could you try running a UO Trace when you've got the chance? That is a test that will give us a look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there's something happening in between we might be able to spot it.
