Hi, today I contact ea support four times with no help, so yesterday I install the game go into Mut play some challenges buy points creat a Team buy and sell players
play the team captain challenge without go to the main Menu after I finished the challenge with 80 stars I go back to the menu I got no xp for my progress so I stuck on lvl 2. Try it two times still the same no progress. Field pass didn’t work also when I try to see the progress I get an error: Unable to retrieve your objectives progression information from EA Server…
i log into a second account everything worked got to lvl 3 no problem go back to my main account and I see my changed to the same progress lvl3.
So I started a challenge with my main and I play with the team from the second account-.- and my xp leveled my the second acc not my main.
today I contact ea help and let them delete the other Xbox live Accounts from my ea account until v3nom9292 after that I can go to Mut see my team can go to the actions & trade, buy and sell player but can’t play when I try to start a challenge i kicked of from Mut and get backto main menu, field pass still doesn’t work.
pls help
