Just wondering if ea will fix this or is even aware of this happening. It all says zero even when I restarted the game and my Xbox. Has this happened to anyone else? And what should I do to get it fixed?
- @stickman13v My solo battles are not reset but the “win 15 solo battles games on veteran or higher” is not registering counts it stays at 0.
I'm on PS5. It looks like it reset all the categories I didn't have complete like winning on legend and mvp or whatever they are. I would have had these completed tomorrow. Also, it only let me complete 3 out of 4 solos today.
I just got on to check and my MVP or higher and my Legend games got reset. Both of those should be finished tomorrow and now it's at 0. Do we know if they're aware of this?
Same for me. Reset the Veteran and MVP tracks on Solo Battles. Xbox series X.

I am on XB Series X and had the same happen to me last night (8/21).
When I won my 25th Solo Battle (and got that objective complete) the progress on my win 20 Solo Battles on MVP or higher was reset from 13 to 0 and win 10 Solo Battles on legend was reset from 1 to 0. It is obviously a bug as I had already completed the win 10 Solo Battles on MVP or above so at a minimum I should have a progress of 10 on the win 20 Solo Battles on MVP or higher.
These should not reset until the end of week 2 of the competitive pass ... else it would not be possible to win 30 solo battles in a week (there are only 29). The only thing that resets weekly on the competitive pass are the stats objectives.
No way I am grinding any more of these at MVP level until EA fixes this mess.
I just tried to check on my progress and got a "can't do that now" message, so maybe they're working on it?
- @stickman13v This is still the case over on Xbox X, too for “win on MVP/legend”. The progress is reset to zero for Win 20 on MVP even though it shows I completed Win 10 on MVP.

Summarize your bug The competitive field pass solo battles objective progress for win 20 solo battles on MVP or higher total was reset, currently at zero. I have already completed the Win 10 so battles on the repair hire, so zero is incorrect and clearly a bug. The progress is showing properly for when 25 solo battle games and win 30 solo battle games, but not for the total accumulated on MVP or higher
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? From the looks of things this was something that effect the entire user base, so anybody at EA can find the bug by logging into their account and going to the competitive solo battles field pass page.
What happens when the bug occurs? It reset the progress from wherever many games I had won to zero
What do you expect to see? Honestly, the points from competitive field pass for the entire objective that has been reset should be awarded to all players who have put time into this game mode. The fact that there was no way to gain progress with this game mode for the competitive field pass for two days should also be factored in to make rate rewards across the entire user base.

Yep. My MVP and Legend wins on solo Battles is reset to 0 on Xbox also. Fun!
Yes, my Solo Battle wins for Veteran / MVP or higher STAYED at 0, even though the 'Win 30 Solo Battle Games' had the correct count.
I never got the CP points and thus the Packs / Coins that I earned for grinding.
Hopefully this NEW Update fixes the problem.

Summarize your bug The number of wins for Win 20 Solo Battles on MVP or Higher was reset to zero and does not track my wins anymore. I had 1 win left to achieve the CP points and it now states it is zero. I tried to play another game on MVP and it still states it is zero. I needed the last 10 CP for the Trevor Lawrence pack and the Solo Battles end in 6 hours.

What happens when the bug occurs? My amount of wins are not accounted for thus I do not receive my rewards
What do you expect to see? To see my amount of wins (which are over 20) and to receive my earned rewards.

I have over 20 wins on MVP for solo battles and the wins are not accounted for thus I do not receive my rewards during the critical time before the field pass resets.
Same thing happened to me about 45 mins ago 191/200 on competitive pass. Need that 10 point or the card added EA.

I was grinding out the last of my Competitive Field Pass Solo Battles Objectives which would have given me that last CP needed to earn 88 Trevor Lawrence reward finally & game crashed. When I booted it back up, all my solo battle objectives were cleared/Reset & the final solo battles opponents I had available to play pre-crash vanished until Competitive field pass reset yesterday morning!

Summarize your bug when i logged on this morning my competitive level was reset to level 1 when it was level 12 when i went to work and solo battles isn't giving me any play options even though it's a new week and it still says unranked and gave me no rewards for the 200000+ point id built up last week. I don't want to have to start all the way back at level 1 in competitive xp
