Has anyone been banned recently on madden 21? they took away my whole mut tab ..

Okay, I’m tired of this. My account was wrongfully banned from Ultimate Team and now I have no access to any content whatsoever. I have never bought money nor been to any websites to do such. I keep getting an error message telling me that I can’t access any content. I cannot even play the game anymore due to the inability to download content or access it. I want my account fixed now because this is just wrong. I understand you guys have had a busy year and all but this issue should never have happened in the first place. I have read the Reddit’s about people being wrongfully banned and it took them up to a month. A month!!! That is terrible customer service at its best. Step it up EA. You are a billion dollar company that has had issues with the same game all year long and have yet to find any solution. I am completely dumbfounded at the fact that you guys don’t respond as quickly as promised and that this is the way you treat your paying customers.

Submitting multiple cases is not required and is actually counterproductive.

I understand that , but it says 72 hours , then an advisor told me 5 days , now it’s been over a week and all i’ve received is an email saying that they are closing the duplicate cases

Yep, got the emails on Dec. 5th, saying I had farmed coins.  I didn't.  I didn't even have console to play on because on Nov. 27th my series X crapped out and I didn't get it back until today.  Dec. 8th.  So I would like to know what questionable transactions were made?  Basically, I think it is time to start looking into a class action, because you are basically ripping all of us off.

I got banned on Dec. 5th and didn't even have a console, it died on Nov. 27th and came back today, Dec. 8th.  Didn't sell or farm.  

All my gamemodes are gone except franchise

Hi EA_Barry. How much time is enough for your advisors to reply to cases?

I’ve been waiting since 13th October.  Still no response to my case.

is it ok for me to perhaps be a little frustrated now?  Or should I just be the polite little EA customer you want me to be still?
