My mut rewards in madden 20 is stuck in 0 Packs opened

My house rules want get to the loading screen it just goes blank but it will let me play other challenges and my Madden profile says I havent opened any packed leaving me at 0
Any update. Still says 0. I have opened more packs now and it’s still not fixed. I need to know my count before mut rewards comes out for a new promo
The companion app does display that I have currently opened 117 packs (which has done since the start of the game), but it still displays 0 everywhere else.
i HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF mut REWARDS FOR LAST FEW GAMES. I noticed last I checked that it says I have not opened any packs for Madden 20......I have and it is at least 30 packs.....where the rewards at, and why it say I only opened 0??
Why hasn’t this been fixed yet?
When signing into my madden rewards on my computer I was confused to see that I have 0 packs opened when I've been ripping packs since the pre-release trial period. Although, when I use the madden 20 companion app on my iPhone it seems to be accurate to the amount of packs I currently have opened at the moment (238). I'm not sure if this will cause bugs for future rewards drops. Does anyone else have this same issue? Or have any advice on how to get this fixed?
Same here i have opened up several packs and nothing has shown up. I spoke with an agent online more than a week ago and nothing.
What companion app?
