...today is national shortbread day, they might be off again.

Funny, sad and maybe true, but still funny....

Ladies and Gentlemen -   This is what EA thinks about us as a group of people who have not purchased their latest edition....

Hmmmm, yet no update for the rest of us? I challenge a person with some clout over at EA to address what is going, maybe our Community Manager's bosses boss. But alas, we are just 3rd rate customers in their eyes and they really don't care about us. They made their money off of us when purchased our version of the game and if want to have franchise play we will be forced to buy 21' or just walk away.

I've called and all I heard was "We are aware of the problem, they are working on it" and then they sent me a link to this thread... That is the end of it.

The team made an attempt to try and address it and it unfortunately did not stick. I asked for the Gamertag so they're able to use it as a reference for future testing. Thank you for hanging in there a bit longer for us, rest assured it's still being look into!

My bet is that they had our save files tied to madden 15/16 and when they deleted those they deleted madden 18s or just a bad delete query that hit 18 as well

Regardless, blueberry and his people really are putting in minimal effort...
