Madden 22 Franchise mode crash

Date/time issue occurred 29/11/21. 1135pm
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Offline
What is your Franchise League Name? tiwinih
Summarize your bug As soon as i try to open up franchise mode from the main screen the system crashes and i havr to restart the whole game
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ?
What happens when the bug occurs? The game exits out and i have to restart from the playstation menu
What do you expect to see? Pleasr fix

i have done this multiple times. i just did it again and played a full game. it froze again on loading screen after the game

I have storage connected, but I don’t have it currently installed. I will install it again and make sure it’s on the Xbox storage as I don’t remember where it got installed on. I had tried to uninstalled the game and delete all the files but I didn’t have much as I haven’t played since launch.

There is an option to designate post updates to the same storage I recommend installing it to the internal with the external detached and make sure no files are on the external for Madden. Make sure you assign post installation updates to internal storage.

My game is immediately crashing whenever I try to play a franchise match. It goes straight to dashboard once I choose settings and start a match
