madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features

When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still everytime I go to try and login and play online it says I can’t connect to the EA servers.

All I play a face of the franchise and I just tried and it's still not working for me either. I have to keep spamming x on face of the franchise for to possibly let me in and that's rare what's reconnect

Why does it keep doing it???? I uninstalled the game and redownloaded it and is still won’t work does anyone know how I can fix it

Still having same issues. Can't connect to server. Haven't been able to access any online features at all. Iowa, PS5

Do any of you have multiple personas on your EA account or did you remove one and link another by chance?

@EA_Aljo I do not have another persona on ea account. I didn’t remove but wouldn’t let me link anything else including psn

@EA_Aljo I still have an old Xbox account linked to this account and also my current PlayStation account
