I’m having this same problem every time I try to play challenges on madden 23 ultimate on ps5 digital console, soon as I try to play a challenge and click it “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” always pops up and exits me back all the way to the main menu of the game please give me a solution and fix this EA because this is ridiculous people should not have to go through this especially for a game we spend our money on this is very disappointing and frustrating fix it.

I cannot play certain challenges on my PC account Username:COOLKID3607 this problem started 10/15/22 at about 12:00 i tried to play hispanich heritage Ted Hendricks and this message occured. i have also got this message on many other challenges such as team of the week 2-6 and aka Marshawn lynch challenges if there is anything you could do to fix my problem it would be greatly appreciated.
Every time I attempt to do a MUT challenge I get the message “Our Servers Cannot Process Your Request At This Time. Please Try Again Later”.
This has been occurring since the end of season 1. I have tried restarting the app countless times, and I have also waited days without playing hoping it would correct itself.

Now some challenges work? I uninstalled the game, and hopped into an online game for the first time this year. Came back and the Hispanic Heritage challenges seemed to be working, as well as one set of the most feared ones, but still nothing else works.
This is getting ridiculous, I’m just tryna play the game I paid for here.

3 Days ago, October 16th, 2022, I bought the deluxe edition for madden 23, I downloaded it, jumped in madden ultimate team (mut) and spent all my madden cash on packs, then went to do the beginning challenges required to play online games against other people. After completing the first challenge, i tried doing the “Move the chains” challenge and now, for the last 3 days, it has been telling me “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. please try again later.” I can play literally every other game mode, as well as ONLY solo battles in mut. it’s super frustrating for me to pay for the deluxe edition and from the jump i cannot play the ONE game mode i downloaded this game for. i have a wired connection and have uninstalled the game and have tried contacting ea help however ea has effectively made sure i can’t contact them. there is no phone service, and i’ve attempted to begin a live chat about a dozen times to no avail. can anyone please help me. it’s ridiculous to buy the deluxe edition for a game and not even be able to use what came with said deluxe edition, especially as soon as i download the game. btw i play on xbox series x, and use the next gen version. And my gamertag is P1UTOx.
I’ve also noticed whenever i click into where it says “start your ultimate team” my madden points and coins drops down to 0. I don’t know if that is a clue or a tell as to what is happening or why.

- How often does the bug occur?: Anytime I try to complete either of the following sets (haven't tested many others):
- 86-87 Elite, 84 OVR Team Builder, 82 OVR AKA Fantasy, 86-87 OVR AKA Fantasy
- Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Unsure if you're actually able to reproduce easily... but I'm able to reproduce 100% of the time.
- Fill a set (Either: 86-87 Elite, 84 OVR Team Builder, 82 OVR AKA Fantasy, 86-87 OVR AKA Fantasy)
- Click the ''Redeem' button to confirm you want to build that set.
- Notice the error: 'Our servers cannot process your request at this time... Please try again later.'

Same issue, adding two sets to the list. These promos have been out for what two months? Issue still present.
Also level 11 comp pass aka reward never given. In addition ultimate kickoff Troy Polamalu and Campus heroes Michael Crabtree sets are not working. I have the pieces, and it kicks me out with a server error mssg.
Maybe it is time to dedicate a huge team to this. Ya'll will never catch up otherwise. I doubt that if everything somehow worked today, that you even have enough resources to track down and grant everyone what they are owed.
Fixing two or three things a week is never going to correct all the bugs....
Are the people in charge aware of the magnitude of issues occurring and how long some of these issues have been present? What will it take to get this fixed? Contacting the NFL or EA's cooperate offices? We can make videos explaining the state of the game and contact them if it would help.
That is not meant as a threat. It is just clearly the team is not properly equipped to handle this. Maybe it would be easier for us to let them know, I am sure the managers are unwilling to admit how bad this is to their management.
