Whenever I log into mut23 it shows me I have to do the joe burrow challenges so i did the first one but now im getting an error message when i try the second one saying : “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later”
Yo, my * has been down for 3 weeks. What’s going on
Wow I no longer have EA servers can’t process and the Claim Your awards issue, because there is no longer field of fear. The awards I was supposed to win for beating field of fear vs. cpu 10 games, I was never able to claim or play field of fear vs. cpu for over 2 weeks. Now I have played and beat field of fear vs. cpu 10 games for absolutely nothing because I never got to claim my rewards.
I guess that’s EA’s way of fixing issues. Forget what time and effort and frustration you went through dealing with the game. Don’t worry about how hard it is to earn the rewards to build up our teams. It’s no big deal if you don’t get the rewards you could have gotten if the game worked properly. We at EA will leave the game corrupted and when there is a new update we will remove all you worked for and earned, on our game that we collected your $100 for. So it’s no lose to us. So enjoy our new Madden 23, be patient we will figure it out before Madden 24 comes out. Until then enjoy our game if it works for you (HA HA), if not it makes a great screen saver for your tv.
This is exactly how it seems when we deal with EA. Your customer service is trash, and this EA help and HQ is trash. Nothing ever gets fixed until an update. Then after the update sooner or later there will be another issue found, that prevents players from completing the objectives. Good deal EA. Such a fabulous company, to be spending my hard earned money on. EA IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same is happening to me. I’m on Series X and it won’t even allow me to load into Madden. All I can play is offline play now. I want to play mut. I’ve tried clearing my cache, but that didn’t work.

Just sitting in the menu
Started today
I havent been able to play madden for like a month now and ive tried everything to fix it. I even called madden and they said they were working on it but that was 2 weeks ago and i feel like 2 weeks is enough time to fix this issue
This issue is still here, solo challenges are not playable at all !
