Madden 23 Franchise Mode - Our Servers Cannot Process Your Request

Xbox 1. everytime i go to squads it says you cant connect to servers. When i go into a queue for solos it never puts me into a game

Thanks for the info, let's give the following steps a try to help clear that up:

• Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox 
• Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) 
• Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
• Check that you have an open NAT type on your console 

Same issue as you but on Xbox one. Since 9/3 been getting the same errors. Amount of money spent on packs so far does not want me to start over. How long do we wait?

This is ridiculous. All the packs I PAID to get DAYS ago and i can’t even access my account, the players are just slowly going down in value. I’m giving EA till Friday till i call my bank and dispute the charges and the game itself as I will be leaving the madden series forever as many people are this year. This game is a scam, and I’m using this forums post as proof. The only thing I’ve heard from EA is why don’t i try the ps5 version. WHAT A JOKE.

Do better EA don’t release the game if your literally ripping off your customers. & Don’t even let me mention how buggy your game is when it actually does work LOL

Date/time issue occurred: first occured 10 Sept22 but it is still happening.  It did the same thing with last year's game

What were you doing when it happened? Trying to play MUT

What was the last action you completed before it happened? Turning on my PlayStation 

How often does the bug occur? Still occurs everytime I turn it on

This is a problem with my account. I had my account logged in on a different xbox 1 console on different internet and his account works on his account but mine doesnt. This is getting ridiculous seriously.

Whenever I load into madden 23 it says the servers can’t process but it’s only at one of my houses. The other house the game works perfectly, and it’s not the wifi because every other game works. I am beyond frustrated that I’ve spent 100$ on the game and then more on mut to not have it work 80% of the time

I’m still have the same issue for season 2 did you fix yours by chance? If so how?
