Dealing with this EA “servers cannot process your request” message in Franchise mode on my PS5 Digital. I’m the commissioner of the league & some people i invited are seeing the same issue when they try to join the league. Tried switching teams within the league to see if it’d fix it and ended up getting this message like the other folks.
Does anyone know anyway to fix this or ? @EA PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

Hey I’ve been playing sense release and ever sense this morning I’ve gotten this error. I’ve tried everything from restarting wifi and console too many other things. Please help.

I only have the ps4 version because a lot of my friends i play with don’t have a PS5……Sense i know EA has “a lot” going on I’ve been trying to resolve this myself. I’ve unlinked an extra account attached to my ea profile by calling your hotlines. They told me the work around was use a hot spot or change DNS. I’ve done both, neither work. However i found a new error. I can load into madden and even ultimate team but whenever i start up a offline challenge (solo challenge) i get the original error “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Whenever i try to do a squads game or H2H i get a different error “CONNECTION LOST you have lost connection to ea servers. I’ve already opened to bundles costing well over 100+ so “making another account” is not possible without a full refund.

What were you doing when it happened? Trying to play ultimate team or face if the franchise
What was the last action you completed before it happened? Restarted and it happened again
How often does the bug occur? everything I try to play

Me too I cant play squads it says error and kicks me
Everytime I go into squads it shows servers cannot process my request. I also can't load into online games.
