There are too many interceptions! Almost all somewhat covered routes are caught by the CB's. This will be adjusted again?
Even very good and experienced players on youtube throw one interception after the other....

You must be one of those who spill out money to B better at this crap game. For the fact that EA can't even get the ratings accurate before releasing this trash, they then knock off rating points drastically for teams that lose a game. Yet even that doesn't matter when it comes to the defense. A team with the lowest rating defense can still pick off a ball 6-7 times against the highest rated offense. I know. I've simulated on All-Madden multipe times and the outcome has been the same. Even the animations are garbage. I watched a fumble happen. The person closet to the ball was a guard. He falls like his ankle broke when a defender got next to him. I watched a wide open WR catch a ball in stride only to invisible shoe tackled by a safety who somehow gained 99 speed to chase him down and dive and clearly missed but the WR falls. The game sucks. You're giving good comments in hopes EA will do you some favor. Get it in your head. EA only wants your money. Your lick EA * comments won't get you in good graces, let alone make EA finally put out something even good to an actual realistic simulated football game for people hard earned money. The programmers should be fired. The Frostbite engine should be destroyed. Madden's good name should be taken off cause this game doesn't represent him well at all. It's time for 2K to be allowed to take Crack at football again. Pretty sure EA sales will decline. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a 2K fan but they're the only other good sport game makers out there. #NFLGIVE2KASHOT
Also, to say, GO PLAY AN ARCADE GAME....WE ARE ALREADY YOU *! They sell this crap as a REALISTIC football simulation. Yet defenses are flying across the field like an arcade game. Honestly only idiots are defending this game I see.
Once again, this is not just an issue of people being bad at the game. I run CPU v CPU games using slow sim. I have the interception slider at 0, pass coverage reaction time at 0, and pass coverage around 10, and there are routinely 4-6 interceptions thrown per game. Sometimes more. The last game I simmed had eight, Mahomes threw five. He had five all season in 2019.
This happens no matter what the sliders are set at. If the sliders were working, there would be a noticeable difference, and there isn't one. I think we can agree that no matter how good you are at the game, the sliders themselves should work.
You talk like you're actually good at football. For someone who sits on his couch and learns to simply trigger animations in a video game, you probably don't know the first thing ABOUT REAL FOOTBALL. I'm at least 90% of the people in these EA forums actually know and understand football and real human physics. Just mashing those buttons and spending mommy's money for credits and let the true players speak. You say you've been playing Madden since the early years...then you know damn well EVERYTHING we're saying here is 100% correct. As far as I'm concerned, the last GREAT MADDEN GAME was 2005. Everything since including your trash * has been plain recycled garbage. Again, give us a REALISTIC FOOTBALL SIMULATION, and we the TRUE players will be quiet. Until then keep the gag ball in your mouth and stay under EA desk since that what you're REALLY good at.
Just wondering, what happens if you turn the defenses reaction time and the defense pass coverage way down? Will the receivers be more open and therefore less chance of a pick? Game is really really crap this year
