Madden 23 Our servers cannot process your request at this time

Platform(Include which Generation): Xbox one

PSN ID or Gamer Tag: Stantheman0118
Type of Network being used: wireless 

Date/time issue occurred: 8/31/22

What were you doing when it happened? In the middle of playing Face of the Franchise

What was the last action you completed before it happened? Finished a regular season game and then recieved error message

How often does the bug occur? Every time I log into face of the franchise or any other gameplay

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 

Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have:

  • Hi @w0lverine0118 When you have a moment can you try the following?

    • Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume) 
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

    Hi @w0lverine0118 When you have a moment can you try the following?

    • Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume) 
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

    Same thing is happening to me. I tried all your steps but it is not working….

  • Same thing happened to me but I had finished my first season and went to sign a new contract scene and after I clicked it it said error and it couldn’t connect with the servers and took me to main menu

  • Hi, I am also having the same issues but on a PS4. I have successfully run two different Rookie seasons, then when offered a contract and I take it, it responds with the error message that the others are receiving. Can you please inform me on how to repair this?

    I also tried all the steps you already said to try, that's why I'm posting. Probably can't get my money back for the game since I've been playing it already. This really sucks

  • Hello I have Ps5 and this error is also occurring when I select MUT challenges. I have spent  over 300 bucks for this game so this is not ideal. Can you please let me know how to fix this error ASAP.
