lol, 1. No they don’t, we don’t get charged until August, cancel now and repurchase for base game then, they lose.
2. if they had our money, refunds due to lack of product delivery are easy enough to pursue.
come on man…
I preordered madden 23 all madden edition and I did not receive my player pack nor my points and I’ve been waiting on a week to get anything and I haven’t.

Nothing, not even an update. I’m going to open a live chat ticket once more before the end of the month, if at that point they give the same run around, I’ll be canceling and giving up. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

That's the same reply they've been giving for well over a week now, unfortunately nothing has changed. Not looking good at this point.
I have not gotten my mut rewards from pre-ordering madden 23 yet, I bought it from the menu and Bought the 90 dollar edition and have waited around 48 hours now with no rewards.
