Missing Present Packs

Disappointing the time and money spent grinding to get the presents. Got up looking forward to seeing what players I got. And between the constant server errors. Then even opening presents wasn't sure if I got them all open or not by what was showing on the open pack notification. I hope Madden works out this bug going forward

All of mine have disappeared from my inventory.

I pulled Player Present number 1 and Player Present Number 2. I went to open my presents this evening and did not receive either one. I did some research and found out they are 95 Tom Brady and 95 Harold Charmichael, so I’m wondering if I will get those cards added to my account.

I had 5 UFB Brady presents, issued as Harvest, and 6 No Ag Zone Carmichaels, issued as Legends, at 1030am EST.  Somewhere between 6 and 7 pm  EST, servers updated and present started giving the cards that their labels show.  I know this because I opened a TOTW pack that had previously been giving Harvest cards and got a TOTW card. I then opened 1 Harvest pack and did get a Harvest. I need to know how to get the 11 Limit cards back

Same thing mislabeled presents, presents missing. I bought the 50 dollar present bundle and have literally no idea if I got them. Any I am definitely missing quite a few of the presents I used coins and training on. So frustrating!

You're not alone, I had 230 presents last night but magically only 13 to open this morning! When does it end???

I logged on earlier when the servers were laggy because of everyone and all the presents and was only able to open like 5 packs the resf disappered😭.

I’ve pulled the Tom Brady present before I hopped on today but yet haven’t gotten the present or anything resembling it 

I had Player Present number 1 and 2, and those are now nowhere to be found. They just scammed me out of two 95 OVRs!!

I’m missing all 4 player presents I had :/ 3 player present 1s and 1 player present 2
