Missing Present Packs

had 2 player present 1 packs and neither are in my un opened packs

I had 80 small presents, got booted then came back to 20 smalls. What the hell is going on? And that's just the small presents. 

I am not receiving my presents it just keeps saying error whenever I open them.

This is Ridiculous I’m trying to open my presents and it errors out after every present I open and disconnects from the server.. the presents are all labeled wrong idk which ones I’m opening or if they are even the right ones iv earned/paid for. This is a big fail on EA one of many things just broken in the game 

Now other gifts are disappearing after I've opened them. What is going on EA??!! I spent money to do these things. And I'm being screwed here, fix this crap. And get your heads out good God.

On saturday I pulled the player present 1 from the random present training pack and even recorded it on my xbox and I went to go and open them today and in my unopened packs there are just a random assortment of presents I know for a fact I pulled a couple blitz presents and now in my account there are no harvest presents when I know I pulled them, a few of the extra large presents that I never bought, and just a random assortment of presents that I didn’t buy, what happened????

Alright never mind EA is just not working right now, just pulled my 95 brady from a legend present lol

It let me open most of mine but I still have 11 to open but it crashes every time I try to open one

I opened the auction house app this morning, only to find (after servers FINALLY returned) that all of the Christmas gifts I earned/bought have disappeared.

Will there be any way for me to recoup these? Are they going to fix it? This is by far the worst job EA has ever done, and that's saying a lot.
