Had the same issue in Madden 22, reported 4 franchise save files, which was never addressed. I did not play, but heard it was also in '21... This year's copy & paste brought the same garbage code back. Another waste of time; my game derped out after finishing a week 11 game, and locked me out of my 4 year franchise (picking the franchise just loads back to franchise screen). Last couple of years, EA just marked it as solved, and ignored it...

This is exactly what everybody has been experiencing for the last 2 or 3 years when it comes to Madden offline franchise mode save files.
