I have the same problem with my X box series X. I get around it by clearing the reserve cache and then I have to go through the start up videos etc but able to reload my saved league where I left off.
@dutch8735 can you give a more detailed guide on how you did this? I cleared my xbox series x madden 23 storage and the saves were still dead. What was your full process here? Trying to recover a dead save
