I can’t add points

If you're still having trouble adding points, and none of the suggestions from this thread have helped, it would be best to reach out to either Xbox or PlayStation Support so they can take a look. Same here on PS4. M21 very buggy.  

It’s not Sony it’s EA. You can buy the points in PS store but you can’t use them in madden store. Why do we need to go on Twitter when EA customer service should be stepping up?

This has been happening for the last week for myself.  I get the error Funds can not be added to your wallet.  Mind you I have made purchases before, this is unacceptable

Do you have a negative point balance within Madden 21? If so, you will need to contact PlayStation Support to verify your transaction history.
