Points Purchasing Error Madden 21
I can’t buy points. It says points purchasing error. No point offers were found. Please check back later. What do I do?
I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them

Hi, I’m on Xbox one and I can’t get any points either
Whenever I try to purchase points it alsywas just says error making purchase or something along those lines. Does anyone know how to fix it.

Buying in the Microsoft store is the only way I can get them. Been getting that error message for month and half.
- EA_Blueberry@rfazz Thanks for the details. Have you reached out to Xbox Support to see if there is anything from the account side that could be causing this on your Gamertag?
Although it's our game's content you're purchasing, the transaction ultimately processes through the Xbox store with credit card information added to your Microsoft account. Microsoft said there is nothing wrong on their side. That it’s a game issue.
