happens on pc as well
I did buy them from store the 49$ amount and didn’t receive my points!

Can you walk me through what you're doing when this happens?
When you get this error, did you previously purchase points just moments prior? - MrMillennium695 years agoSeasoned Rookie@EA_Blueberry This started happening after there was a glitch were you could buy unlimited weekly elite packs in MUT. The store was disabled and it never restored. I havent purchased in a few weeks directly from the store but i dont buy often anyways. On Xbox1 If i go into the MUT store with insufficient funds for a purchase i get a notice that I dont have enough points to purchase the pack. Would i like to purchase? Selecting yes bring up a purchasing error. "No points offers were found. Please check back later." If i tried something similar from the main menu Store i get the same error.

as an fyi the work around is to purchase from the Microsoft store. You just cant buy directly in the game.
I just did that and I didn’t get any points do I just wasted money

I'm afraid that missing points aren't something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. If you still aren't seeing those points you purchased please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.

To everyone impacted by this, please let me know the following and we'll get this raised up to the team.
- Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
- Platform you play on
- When did this start happening? (day/time as close as possible)
- What pack(s) did you try to purchase
- Are you able to add points through the Microsoft store as a workaround?
If you are missing your points after having funds deducted from your account, please double-check your purchase history to verify the transaction has processed. If it's processed, try power cycling your console so your connection is reestablished with our servers. This helps push content through to your EA account.
If the points are still not there, please contact our Support team and be ready to provide a proof of purchase. Once they can verify the points were not granted they will make sure they land on your account.EA Help on Twitter

Live-Support I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them
- @EA_Kent It let me purchase the points but then they don’t go onto my account what should I do from this step
