Pro Bowl KR/PR and Kick Return/Coverage Player Assignments

I would like to bring up once again the fact that random players are being selected for the Pro Bowl KR/PR positions.  As an example, in the most recent franchise season, the Pro Bowl KR did not appear in any game, let alone have a kick return.  This has been brought up multiple times, and should be an incredibly simple fix.  If a random player is going to be selected, at least randomly select someone who has returned a kick.

I would also like to ask once again why users are not allowed to select the players on the kick return/coverage teams through the Coach/Formation Subs page.  It is possible to select the players for the "Field Goal Return" team, which is used maybe 6 times across the NFL during an entire season, but not the kickoff return and coverage teams.  This does not make sense.
