Purchased Pack - but never received
I had purchased a few headliners packs from the MUT store. Never received them. I contacted support - was told to wait 24 hours. Waited 24 hours - contacted support again - was told there is nothing they can do and EA is “aware of the issue” so asked for a refund since I paid for these with points. Also completely unable to do that. Really completely unhelpful and can’t get refunds for things I paid for. I do want to point out the customer service folks I takes to were great - they just can’t do anything.
Now it looks like I’m waiting indefinitely.
Hi @Sleven54 Thanks for the update, Sometimes we can see delays to check can you try completely closing out of the game, restarting your device, then going back into MUT and seeing if you have packs waiting?
If not, I would reach back out to our support to look into your account and see if they can find out where the packs may be.
