    As an NFL and Madden fan in the UK, 8pm ET is 1am GMT, 1am in the morning on a weeknight.

    is there any way to participate and collect tokens watching the video streams later for us who are not in the same time zone?

    They do not help you I have opened up a case and they just marked it as fixed with no solution

    I watched the entire 3hrs on twitch the only window open on my computer and never received my crown. I get drops everyday so my account is linked properly. I commented and everything. I was first told to go to EA help they would be able to help. But not luck they were no help at all and just marked my case as fixed. Then the EA help guy said to post in the forum like this will really work. Why have a stream for a promo that only half the people get the reward. Then when you have an issue send you to EA help and they say they can not help. Is anyone able to help??????????

    @EA_Blueberry I did not receive my token for attending last weeks (9/22-2020) and I was on the stream the whole time. Any suggestions?

    Same here. I put in a case for the 9/22/20 token and still no resolution. Been about a week now. I was directed here. See below. Can anyone from EA help get this corrected/made right for me and others?

    @EA_Blueberry I also have watched the last few weeks and haven't received my crowns. Players already have their items and I only have 2 crowns!

    Update to Derwin Vs. the World Tokens:

    Hey everyone,

    4 Tokens is the "correct" amount to have. There was an issue with the first stream where some viewers didn't get a token so a MUT Tip was sent out to everyone to catch-up.

    If you watched the stream but did not receive a token, please sort your binder by NEW and see if the token was automatically sent there.

    If you do not see a Crown token within 24 hours of the stream and after power cycling your console, please reach out to our Support team in order for them to pull up your account and verify eligibility. They can also check to ensure a Twitch account is linked to your account and walk you through the process of linking & un-linking EA/Twitch accounts to avoid any issues moving forward.

    @EA_Blueberry can you clarify how long one must watch the stream in order to get the Crown? I know it was originally 2 hours but I could have sworn that it was changed to only one hour?

    @EA_Blueberry  I reached out to live support and they sent me here. My whole convo with them is posted above. Why am I being sent around in circles? Can you all please just issue the 4th token to me? I do not understand why this has to be so complicated.

    Regarding the conversation with our EA Advisor, it sounds like they weren't able to verify the stream was watched successfully to trigger a reward. Maybe they didn't line up the dates correctly in the system, I must ask you to contact our Support team again to double-check to see if you were eligible for a Crown Token.

    Our forum staff is unable to grant these Crown Tokens. As of right now, we're not aware of any outstanding issues with the Crown Tokens being sent out to accounts like we did the first week. I encourage all of you to contact an EA Advisor below as soon as possible for assistance with this request. Our forum staff is unable to grant Crown Tokens nor make any changes to EA accounts.

    @EA_Blueberry  Not aware of issues of tokens not being sent out? This whole thread is about that. I have reached out multiple times to the support team and now they are sending me here. I received the token and other content for EA live streams on prior dates just not on 9/22 after watching for about 3 hours. How can they verify anything when they do not even know about the series or its schedule it seems? I received the token from 9/15 and the most recent advisor convo (posted above) could not even see that on his end. As a community manager, please help the community and stop allowing us to be sent in circles especially ones that are honest. I am only requesting the 4th token as you have mentioned is the "correct" amount while some already have 5. Can you not connect me with someone who actually know what they are doing and provide a resolution?

    This lady I spoke with said I streamed on Wednesday and received my rewards. The stream doesn’t even happen on that day...what a joke.

    Same for me . I have watched every episode  and haven't  got a single crown. I dont know how else to contact them so i can receive whats mine

    Thats not the case...you can never get EA Support

    I have not gotten 2 Crown Tokens, have case since 9/30/2020 that keeps getting closed😭🤪🤦‍♂️

    I am now missing 2 Crown 👑 Tokens and have watched boring Reruns of Ruggs III  for no reason...over 3.5Hrs wasted.

    EA PLEASE HELP ME
