Hey there,
If you're still having some trouble connecting to the servers can we try out some troubleshooting to see if we can get you back up and running? When you have the chance please try running through the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website to see if that helps at all.
If you're still getting the same error message after that check out the platform-specific steps as well:- Xbox One
- PC

- @EA_Kent Brother, I appreciate what you're saying, but you've replied this to everyone here having the same issue. This is occurring across multiple accounts and multiple users. I've tried the basic connectivity steps to no avail. This has something to do with EA, EA Play Trials, and Madden servers. This isn't a user issue.
And yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have the same problem and I have reset my WiFi and redownloaded it and i still have the same problem
