Re: Madden 22 Franchise mode crash

I have done every step ea asked a good 5 times. Reinstalled,  delete everything including files. Nothing hooked up to series x. As the game plays, things like animation get longer toward the end of the game. If you have a penalty,  it might take 5 or so seconds to find out what penalty.  Other than that, game plays great until you hit finish after the game. Goes into permanent load screen. Have to force quit. Dosent save your game.

Did every reset option even signed out gamer tag stuff.

You have your console plugged into the wall and not a surge protector, right?

Can you try and delete the local and cloud saved game data? This will delete your offline saves and personal settings. Your MUT progress will remain saved to our servers.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Clear Mac Address

1. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

Clear the saved game data:

1. Open the Settings menu at the top of the dashboard.
2. Select Storage, then select System Storage.
3. Select Saved Data.
4. Choose a game to access the game's saved data.
5. Press the Options button and select Delete.

i have done this multiple times. i just did it again and played a full game. it froze again on loading screen after the game

I have storage connected, but I don’t have it currently installed. I will install it again and make sure it’s on the Xbox storage as I don’t remember where it got installed on. I had tried to uninstalled the game and delete all the files but I didn’t have much as I haven’t played since launch.

There is an option to designate post updates to the same storage I recommend installing it to the internal with the external detached and make sure no files are on the external for Madden. Make sure you assign post installation updates to internal storage. 

My game is immediately crashing whenever I try to play a franchise match. It goes straight to dashboard once I choose settings and start a match
