Re: Madden 23 Franchise mode is broken

That’s not okay. EA is selling something that does not work. In most industries, something like this would result in a recall and refund for the customers. Instead maddens social media is full of MUT advertisements, because thats where the money is. They don’t give two * about the people who actually play the game. 

@EA_Kent - just following up here after the awesome update. We're now 3 months after the release of the "most polished" madden where the game is still far from ready and still the "most broken" madden to date. There is zero timeline for game breaking issues to be fixed as noted in the title notes, just that it's finally being worked on and we're supposed to trust/wait for an update. This game has had issues with the new player tags not working, draft reverts, 31/32 online league issues, new players literally disappearing from leagues at 24/25, corrupted file, disconnects, and many, MANY more issues. 

We as a community were lied to when sold a game that was supposed to be playable and most polished, instead leaving us paying full-price for the game early thinking it'd work and not front EA money to game breaking critical parts of the game more than 3 months after release. 

Please let me know the official steps I need to take or what needs to be submitted for EA to do the honorable thing and issue us a full-refund.

How can we pay for a game that does not work? What is the timeline to have it fixed?

Football season almost over with, we are stuck with a broken game, that continues to having major issues. 

I am one of many people that played this game for years. Franchise mode was the reason for playing it along with the college game. To say I am angry is beyond the words to explain why Madden 23 is listed as the polished game in years and yet it is broken in years. To play a game after working all day and get can't connect, to can't find server or and the modes resent after playing a few seasons. This is a game, but EA is a business that is simple lied to the fans while stealing money from the fan base that carries this game since the beginning. Any other company would have publicly stated they messed up this one and would fix it for the fans. Instead EA promotes the game despite all the problems. Franchise mode is the one mode that was not worked on for years yet EA responds they will make it right. Well EA Kent, you represent a company that needs to make it right. Its time to give up the cash cow and turn it over to a company that will do Madden right again.

Look at 2K sports, when it screwed up wwe 2k20 and took the next year off to fix the game, to rebuild it from the ground up and made it better. Just pointing out that when you screw up, you fix it. 

Final point. Madden loved football, like the fans of the game love football. Its time to Madden up, and fix the game. Give refunds, publicly apologize for the failed game, take a year off to rebuild it and give the next game to all the systems like ps4 and Xbox 1. If College game comes like this mess, I can say that the fans will bring the sack on your company. Fix Madden, Make it right and have Morals again. Peace In Madden.

This is still an issue so it's very * clear you haven't looked into *. FIX YOUR * GAME or better yet DON'T RELEASES UNPLAYABLE GARBAGE INTO THE WORLD. I legit don't know how you guys mess up so often and get to keep your jobs and the company stay afloat. PLEASE let someone else have NFL rights so we can have a playable game that doesn't delete saves. You're fan base (what's left of it) is begging you.
