I’ve done both and still no help case  number after case I keep going in circles telling me the same thing and that I need a specialist. I provided my email my gamer tag I can’t access my EA access which I pay monthly for this is the worst service and the worst help I received I’m still not able to play after a week and a half

I've been on twitter and have made three cases which have gotten deleted, and not worked on whatsoever. It's been almost a week now. I just want to be able to contact someone to get this problem sloved.

I see you just created a case with live support today. They'll respond as soon as possible. As far as your Tweets go, did you send them to @EAHelp?

You might want to try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter instead. If you don't get a response within a day, try kindly messaging them again. They get a very high volume of messages and don't see them all, unfortunately.

Is there a chat feature, so I can speak to someone is real time?

My account has been invalid for 3 days now.  So when Madden 21 comes out how do i buy it and play since my account shows invalid????????????  EA Please fix this, Many have this same issue.  I can't purchase Madden 21 until my account is fixed

Yeah that was the first thing I tried before even getting on this thread. So your help was pointless.

I don't feel comfortable buying Madden 21 as my account still shows invalid. No word or help from EA to resolve issue.  Many people are having this same "Account Invalid " issue. Until EA fixes this issue,  I will no longer waste money purchasing EA games.  Madden hasn't been any good since 2005 anyway. Think it's time I retire from Madden and focus on other games... As long as those games aren't related to EA. At least I will never have to worry about the EA "Account Invalid" glitch with any other game.
