I have not changed platform, account, or moved to another country. I am using PS4

Never mind. The new update must’ve fixed some how or my wifi was messing yesterday, but it’s working now!

I’m having this same problem I haven’t moved anything but I do play on PS4

Have you tried deleting the game from your console and re-installed the full game from your library? We've seen this message pop up if there was still trial time left on Madden if you played it prior to purchasing it.

To be clear, you don't have an EA Play membership and you own the full standalone game? 

Yes I own the full game

Is the game being shared to you from another account?

To create an EA account you just have to load up the game. If your PSN ID has never played an EA game before it will prompt to create an account. If it doesn't ask you, that means you've already set up an EA account with that PSN ID in the past.
