I selected the pre order advertisement from the madden 22 Home Screen, that directed me to the Microsoft store via my Xbox one.

I have the same issue. Bought the all madden edition but only the standard edition downloaded. What do I do? It was purchased from the PlayStation network.
I’m having the same issue. I contacted PlayStation. Butt Hole #1 told me to restore my license. That didn’t work. Butt Hole # 2 told me to go to the game and download the content. That didn’t work either. So I paid for the all Madden and all I can download is the standard. It now says unavailable. Well duhhh I already brought it. I took screen shots of the transaction but when I go to install the game in the app I get this
EA is apologizing but that’s not helping the issue. 100.00 is a lot of money to not get what you pay for. There has to be a fix for this.
