I don't see any removed reply or post of yours from your account. I explained earlier in the thread on how some replies or posts could be flagged by our spam filter as potential spam so we have to manually go in there and remove it. Our staff may have removed it from that queue by the time I logged on because I don't see anything in there from you nor removed posts on your account history.

It pains me to see so many of you in here not getting your actions overturned and as a gamer myself I fully expect you to feel disappointed/angered from that outcome. Nobody wants to see their efforts come to a halt. You are more than welcome to dispute the ruling again and provide any information you think is helpful to our Terms of Service team that could have triggered this on your account since playing Madden NFL 21. I wish I could do a deep dive in your accounts and provide specifics, but it's outside of my role and I can only point you in the right direction on where to address this.

To reiterate some points previously mentioned in this thread:
- Only our Terms of Service team will be able to help overturn an action. Dispute/inquire by filing a case HERE.
- The Terms of Service team is experiencing higher volume (COVID-19 driving more gamers online, holiday season, and limited staff during holidays). Disputes are taking longer than expected to address. You will receive a response via email with their conclusion.
- If you receive an email for an ADDITIONAL action on your account. DO NOT resume your current case. Create a new case for any separate action.
- Rules for Madden NFL 21 HERE.
- You can send a follow up dispute to our Terms of Service team if you do not agree with the initial ruling. You will be required to provide information on anything you feel could have factored into this action on your account since playing Madden NFL 21.
- Answers HQ Rules will be enforced in this thread.
