Remove "Drops Open Passes" and move it into Catch rating
Currently, according to testing, the Catch rating on players seems to do nothing. Instead, a player's chance of dropping open passes is controlled completely by the Drops Open Passes trait, which is 1) not user editable and 2) cannot change as a player progresses. This is suboptimal. To give a more concrete example, if you have two players who are exactly the same and have a Catch rating of 50, but one has Drops Open Passes Yes and the other has it as No, the player with Drops Open Passes No will catch 100% of open passes even with a Catch of 50, while the player with Drop Open Passes Yes will drop about 1/3 of passes. WR development would be much more intuitive if the Drops Open Passes trait was gone and the Catch rating worked. Currently if you find a WR in the draft and they have Drops Open Passes, you literally just have to throw them away and find a new one.
