When I load into madden it says my account is invalid so I try to connect my Xbox to my ea account but it won’t let me because it says my clacking is ineligble
We're not able to give out the email for the account. What you'll need to do is contact a live support advisor here so they can go through the account recovery process.
Community ManagerI'm only seeing one case on your account. What is happening exactly? Are they asking you the account recovery questions, but you're not answering them accurately?
I have changed my password and I’m still not able to connect. My account says I’m connected but madden won’t connect. I’m able to play other ea sports games like ncaa 14 on my ps3 just not madden on my ps4
