Superstar KO not loading into game

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:PlayStation 5 Digital Edition
Which console generation do you have? Sony PlayStation 5

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
Summarize your bug So pretty much, my friend and I love to play superstar ko, but it feels like I always crash once we get a good team. We could be loading into a game, and it will say "Match Found," and I would sit there and wait for 10 minutes, when the screen dosnt change, I am always forced to restart my game, and lose my progress.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't really know, just load into a superstar ko game with your friend, and occasionally, the bug will happen.
What happens when the bug occurs? All that's left on the screen is "MATCH FOUND," and it won't let me do anything else. It won't let me exit. So that's why I am always forced to reload my game, and my friend gets mad at me.
What do you expect to see? Not too much, but if you guys can, please find a way to limit or delete this glitch.
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. I don't know what the crash report is, please respond and guide me to helping you guys fix this issue.
What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? I just have a ps5, so I don't know.
Enter RAM memory size in GB I don't know how much ram is in a ps5. But hopefully you guys can find out, because I cant.

Not much I can find, but it's a simple bug.

  • Hi I am having this same issue as well on Madden 22 digital edition on PS5. Whenever I try to load into Superstar KO, the game will only let me play H2H and campus legends. I cannot change any of the settings. Then when I press start it allows me to select the college and then I’m just stuck in a loading screen and it won’t stop until I quit the game. I tried going into ultimate team but get the error message of “ Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times as well as reset my PS5. I’ve deleted the files and restarted the games multiple times. What can I do to fix this issue?

    We have a similar report here.

    If you go to Ultimate Team and sort your roster by BEST OVR when creating a new lineup does that fix it for you?

    This does not fix the issue for me. I actually read that article before replying in this thread. I can’t even get into ultimate team to change any of the lineups like the guide says.

    I apologize for the delayed response here I am catching up with replies through my inbox.

    Did you end up getting into the game? There was an update today for Madden 22 and I'm wondering if that helped in any way.

    If you still can't get into the game, I'd go to profile.ea.com and check to see if you have two Xbox or two PSN IDs linked to your account. If you do, removing one and then logging into the game on that PSN ID in order to sync it up to an EA account could help fix this.

    Un-linking the other PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag does have consequences with lost data though. Here is a link below for more info:

    That did not do anything, the game is still having the same problem. Is there something else I could do? If not, I bought the game digitally. So I was wondering if I could get my money back for the game? Is there anything else I can do or have a better way to communicate with you or one of your team members?

    @EA_Blueberry I am having trouble playing franchise and superstar ko and I believe it’s because I have two PlayStation accounts linked to my EA account. The problem is that I am unable to unlink one of the accounts. When I go to connections, it doesn’t give me an option to unlink.
