The file cannot load because it's incompatible with this version of the game

Madden 15 on the PS4.  Trying to resume offline connected franchise.  When trying to resume I get:  "The file cannot load because it's incompatible with this version of the game".  Already contacted...

Same Issue. This is a huge disappointment. The whole point of the game for me is franchise mode. It is extremely frustrating that EA has not responded in weeks to these posts.
