The file cannot load because it's incompatible with this version of the game

Madden 15 on the PS4.  Trying to resume offline connected franchise.  When trying to resume I get:  "The file cannot load because it's incompatible with this version of the game".  Already contacted...

How is this not fixed yet? PATCH THIS PROBLEM

Deleting the roster does not work.
