Madden 15 on the PS4. Trying to resume offline connected franchise. When trying to resume I get: "The file cannot load because it's incompatible with this version of the game". Already contacted Sony and tried restoring licenses on the console and rebuilding the database on the console with no luck.This is the second time this has happened. I noticed that there were roster updates prior to each time this happened. Not sure if it's connected but does look like quite the coincidence.Anyway, as it stands I have 2 connected franchises that I cannot load due to this error.Anyone seen this and have a fix?Any help would be appreciatedThanks All

Hello,I tried to load my offline Connected Franchise but it tells me that it cannot be loaded because it was created with a different version of the game and that it is incompatible with the version of the game. If I try to load the Autosave it tells me that it is broken.I did not install any new version of the game. What went wrong?

I'm getting the same issue and its right after I turned on the game and got a roster update. I played it 6 hours ago and now it won't load. Definitely not a coincidence. Its really annoying.

I'm having the same issue on Xbox one. Looks like they really need to patch this game. Stats don't load up correctly in-game for me. Every week they say my starting QB, WR had 0 stats the previous week when they did in fact have stats. The game is unpolished ☹️

I'm getting this message every time I try and load up my (only) Connected Franchise from the main menu. I have also tried loading from the "resume offline" section but this gives the same message. Trying to load the Auto Save file results in a "Loading Data" screen coming up which never develops into anything.Has anyone been able to find a way to fix this? it's a bit frustrating seeing as I've been playing non-stop for three weeks and not being able to access the only game file I have means I've pretty much wasted all that time.

Yeah this needs a fix. Was on year 5 on mine and now I've had to restart. It's not even a legit game bug...it's a save file compatability issue. I don't see how this hasn't been addressed, or how an update could omit file compatability.

Is there a fix for this or is the game ruined now? I really think it's a software issue as others have had the same issue I just can't find a fix anywhere for it!

Yea unbelievable I'm done with madden period. This happened to me with last year's game. What a waste of time

Absolutely pathetic on the side of ea. I've had it. Glad Madden is the only ea game I have. Time for a trade in I think. They make a habit of releasing buggy games with no answers or solutions for the people to support them. Pathetic.

Having same issue. Error started after downloading the latest roster update today. My fix was to load the auto save CFm file.

Having this problem with Madden 16. Probably going to return the game if you are going to charge $60 for a game make sure you don't make people pay for a feature that has always been free.
