Trouble accessing MUT Trade Block

Summarize your bug It’s more the trade block. I can access everything in the game besides the trade block itself. Every time I try to enter is logs me out and keeps saying error occurred. Both my ps4 and madden 21 is all updated and it tells me to update. I do not know why o have brought this us many times and still not fixed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trade block of madden 21 gameplay under madden ultimate team.
What happens when the bug occurs? Logs me out of Madden and tells me to update console and videI game.
What do you expect to see? To be able to access the trade block on my game.

the bug occurs randomly to me. most often, when I search using specific filters it works. I did the search that caused the crash yesterday just now again and this time it worked.
yesterday, shortly before the error messages appeared on the screen, I saw 4-5 items PU listed for a very short moment. my guess would therefore be that this error is caused by a specific item (or maybe several different items are faulty?). if one of the items causing this bug is called by the specified filter, the error message comes up and you are kicked out.
may I ask you (@ affected players) whether you could test this? I'd propose to filter e.g. by position for Punters or Kickers only since I'd assume this filter might deliver a small set of offered players.

I also face this issue that I cannot enter the trading block. I get the same error message as described in this thread and I'm kicked out of MUT.
but: for me it works if I filter for e.g. 'all players' and 'elite' (or gold, silver) items.

I received a heads up from a co-worker on our Social team that this helped someone out that contacted them. We're going to raise this up to the team, but it looks like filtering and slowing down can help prevent crashes in the mean time.
