Unable to claim COACH MADDEN card

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:PlayStation 5
Which console generation do you have? Sony PlayStation 5

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug The coach madden image appears on screen, however when clicking the log in button to claim it, goes to ultimate team main screen. No unopened up, no additional coaches in the inventory.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As stated above.
What happens when the bug occurs? As stated in summarize your bug
What do you expect to see? coach madden pack or coach item in inventory

    @satfreaktom264 I sent to the main log in screen regardless if I press dismiss or login. I've tried it both ways. It just like it was never there, nothing shows up. I've checked for unopened packs, he's not in inventory. I've checked the coaches section.

    Can you claim it after power cycling your console?

    How to power cycle your PlayStation console

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.
