every time I try to play online on madden 16 it says that I can't connect to ea servers and Sony entertainment. I am connected to the Internet and have PS plus. I have tried restarting my system and Internet and nothing has worked. Please help.

I am having that same problem. Can't connect to EA servers but all my PSN functions work just fine. And I signed in and out. Reset router check, sign in out pan check.

@jnigs20 Always check whether you can access online modes of other games and check PlayStation Network server status here: https://status.playstation.com/en-us/ Additionally I would advise to reset your router, restart your console and Sign in to your PlayStation Network account again. If nothing works, please check this sticky thread: Online Ports Madden 16. Make sure your ports are open, there's also a useful connection issue troubleshooting article from Sony. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I was on my ps4 and it would not work so i went to systems to if i needed an update and i did and then i logged into ea so try that.

Everyone just make sure everything is updated and the latest stuff downloaded.

I don't know why it doesn't prompt you to do so, but it fixed it for me.

I uninstalled/reinstalled the game. When it was done reinstalling the game and update, it wouldn't launch the application. I just restored licenses, restarted the PS4, and everything is working now.

What i did was i closed the application then i went to open it again and it says it is updating and has on option to start the application without updating so maybe it never updated. Hope this helped!!!

Every time I try to play draft champions on the ps4 it tells me to sign in to the song entertainment network and signed in to the ea servers and I have ps plus but I already signed in to da online and idk what to do anymore I'm so mad
