Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

- There is something going on with the server tonight iv had this happen to me more then once.You will get your players or coins back I got mine in about a hour last time but can take up to 24 hours.I'm not sure considering how many people are having this issue right now but you will get them back.You can contact EA but wait times are over 90 minutes an I'm sure you no why lol
- My last 2 auctions I won. I haven't received the players I won. I haven't been refunded my bids either in case for some reason I didn't actually win the auctions. Under the "my bids" tab, it shows no active bids. I lost over 12,000 coins. That's not much to some people, but I'm kinda just starting out. It was almost all the coins I had. Please help!
I placed two seperate bids today. I won both bids, however all my money was taken and I never received the player. If this isnt solved, I will never play this game again. I have been playing for two years now. I am really tired of all the crashing and lost money!!! I have included one of my screenshots that show my bid is just sitting there!!!!! Now im out of close to $100,000!!! What gives??!!!
Lost 40k something tonight on Russel Wilson.. I don't even know why I was buying him but even more frustrating that I don't have him, or the coins I bid...

I had the same issue. Talked with someone on live chat they said the coins should be refunded and they are working on fixing the issue. Not sure how they will know how many coins to refund. I spent over $100,000 and watched that i had the highest bid on a couple players but wasn't given them nor was i given my coins back. It sucks and makes me want to delete the app after saving for so long and losing so much.
