Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset
I sold one of my cards and it took the card away but it didn't give me the coins. And my friend bought a high card and the auction house took his money and didn't give him the card. this is bull and needs to be fixed please.
This happened to me on December 10th while bidding on elite players, as of now it has not been resolved. That time I lost 56k coins. I just lost another 100k tonight while bidding on signs tonight.
EA knows that there are problems with the auction house (database) eventually it stops acknowledging that you were outbid and so you lose the coins. They are in no hurry to fix this problem. After 5 days without resolution, I contacted them again and here is the response I received.

Your best bet is going to be to find something else to play or continue to play but pretend like they took this issue serious enough to take down the AH again. I guess when it's the customers getting screwed over, it's really not that serious...
Same here... I just bid on two Elite Road Signs that I appeared to win (went into negative time) and lost over 70k. I'm super pissed right now.
I've been waiting for them to do something since the 10th, it just happened to me again. I'm down 156k coins total now. They acknowledge the issue and that many people are experiencing it but they don't really care. I've been dealing with this for 7 days now, see below for their bs response.
